Hi Teresa, Say you wrote a fragment to go to NUR, it would need to know the ADM.PAT.urn (which is the "patient" in NUR), the intervention base and the date requested (T-1). Then use the documented activity index to extract the td.value corresponding to that query. Start by writing the report in
