patient's name. How can I
suppress the entire record if their creatinine is normal, or not even
look at the patient record for meds if their CR is in the normal range.

We are just in the process of setting up dictionaries for POM.
But, we will definitely be having physicians enter orders as unverified, so
that a pharmacist can check doses, compatibilities, etc, before the med is
available for administration.

We use Iatrics Visual Flowsheet for physicians. They want to see practically
everything from PCI, and we have slow refresh times.
What do you have in the 1st tab that only takes 3 seconds to load.
And, do you limit most data to a 2 or 3 day view?

We also discontinue med orders that the MD puts on hold.
Unless the med is being held for a certain period of time, like 2 days, then we
would
restart the order at that time.

dose.
