[Maria-discuss] MariaDB fails to compile with boost

A downstream user is reporting that 5.2.8 (and, after fixing the already reported issue with auth_pam, 5.2.10) does not install with boost 1.48.0 installed. Removing boost from the link path allows MariaDB to compile successfully. I've attached their output, in hopes it will arrive to the list

[Maria-discuss] auth_pam does not compile on OSX

The 5.2.10 version of MariaDB is not compiling for me (using homebrew) on OSX. The error and other information, is as follows. I've resolved the issue for now by passing in --without-plugin-auth_pam to configure. libtool: compile: /usr/bin/llvm-gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../../include -I..
