Is there an equivalent SNDS/JMRP for Office365 traffic? I've seen instances
where we bring new IP's online for sending mail and they get rate limited in
O365 for a few days until enough traffic is seen by them to register as clean.
It would be helpful to get insight in to that ahead of time.
