The TWC FBL is managed by ReturnPath. We've experienced the non-response of our FBL requests as it is usually due some issue with not being able to prove ownership of the sending IPs, especially if you rent your IPs from a third party, like TierPoint or Hosted Solutions. With that said, RP is very
