sooner than 2-3 weeks after I first contacted them. It has typically taken 1 to

ATT has their own RBL list which they don't share with you.
Once your email server gets tagged by them, please contact the email address:
abuse_...@abuse-att.net
to submit your question. They are kindly enough to reply you manually.
