Hi,
My colleague and I are being bombarded by emails from another service
provider today... with subject lines like "Case CS6585048 Important
comments added".
Lots of repeats with body content like "2024-07-24 09:58:27 - Guest

Hi,
I think it's not an email issue but a routing one.

Hi,
+1 for Fastmail from me.
One of my family members uses Mail.de - so far, so good with them. Some
friends of mine use ProtonMail.
I'm not happy with the homogenisation of email service. We've got to keep
the bigger players honest :)
Kind regards,
Mike
Hi Marcus,
Is this mail ending up in spam folders or never appearing to your
correspondents at all?
It helps a lot if you can get your correspondents to mark the emails from
you as "not spam" in their apps. You might learn some additional
information if you can get some to send back the headers.
Hi,
Thank you both Keith and Alex for your replies. I am very grateful.
Kind regards,
Mike

Hi,
Do we have any readers from Comcast? I opened a ticket with the abuse desk
on the 7th about some unwanted traffic and I've heard nothing.
Kind regards,

Hi,
Gmail filters mailop list items into the spam folder fairly often (at least
for me)... any service that has some filtering.. and all of them must..
will make mistakes sometimes.
Kind regards,
Mike
