Hey, I'd like to second this! Lili Crowley at Verizon is a great person and
very helpful when it comes to helping us great unwashed masses resolve
email delivery issues. It doesn't hurt that she is super smart and very
insightful as well. Verizon is chock full of good people here. Not all
large B2C

This was already reported. Kill the ads with fire, Google is (IMHO
correctly) considering them spam.
