[mailop] Yahoo/OATH FBL not working?

Is anyone else having trouble with the Yahoo/OATH FBL? I tried to submit and it does not display the usual message about sending to postmas...@domain.com nor does it actually send anything. Could Lily or someone from OATH contact me about this off list or post an update here if there is a known

Hi Gang I once more need help. It looks like some IP Addresses of our email Plattform are on a blacklist @ Microsoft. Yes, some customers again gave their credentials to phishers who subsequently abused the accounts. They were mostly blocked automatically, throttled and the rest of them manually
