Also, previously this would have been MU instead of MessageRouterUpload,
it's just a change in the error reason

If you start to see 4xx deferrals (esp. 3113, 3114, 3115, 3150, …) from the
“Hotmail/Outlook/et al” data centers, you should know that the IP has been
throttled, and one would be well advised, given that situation, to STOP all
sending until at least the top of the hour, plus a few minutes. And
We're aware of the temp failures there and working through it.

about 1-2 weeks ago.

Hi Everyone,
Since past one week, we observed that Gmail MX is throwing below mention
SMTP error. Does anyone observed the same ?
*421 4.7.0 Temporary System Problem. Try again later
(MessageRouterUpload).*
Also, we could see avg. delivery time to Gmail has been increased & SSL /
TLS handshake
I saw this the first time on 15th may 2018. I unlisted an IP even today.
The unlisting is very fast and, at this time, IPs unlisted have not
been relisted.
In my case it happened with IPs from 3 different ranges. One of the
ranges had most of the IPs involved in the weeks, while the other 2
range
