We got the same warning on Mailman mailing list traffic.
The sender (to the list) got that warning in her copy of what she sent.
Obviously SPF was likely a factor, and the mailing list software needs
to be reconfigured. Working on it.

I've seen this fraud detection warning with one client, and am waiting on a
response to a Microsoft support ticket opened with them last week on the
topic.
