We got the same warning on Mailman mailing list traffic.  The sender (to the list) got that warning in her copy of what she sent. Obviously SPF was likely a factor, and the mailing list software needs to be reconfigured. Working on it. Just another data point. On Wed, 2016-11-09 at 11:48 -050
