Those are the IMAP and SMTP server addresses that I use with Outlook. Port 993 with IMAP, Port 465 with SMTP. Require SSL activated in both IMAP and SMTP, but OAuth2 not activated in either, while app-specific password used in both. And I deleted the Keychain entry in the format you showed below

When I compose a new message to be sent, as I begin to type a dropdown list of previously used addresses appears. Some of them are incorrect and I’d like to edit the list. I’m sure there’s a simple way to do that, but I don’t know what it is. Hope to learn about it. Thanks. Thomas _
