Just checking in with a status report. The update made things
significantly better.
However, I still experience authentication / timeout errors sending to
smtp.office365.com 587. But, the good news is that it happens a lot
less often than before. Or at least it seems that way.

I’m been having the same issues as Simon on office 365.
Been using port 587 and will try switching to port 25 (with SSL) and
report back after some milage.
If it doesn’t work I’ll send some logs over as per Benny’s
suggestion.
