According to the documentation there are the following caveats.
- An updated copy replaces the original on the IMAP server.
- It is slow and inefficient for large emails.
- Other email clients detect the updated copy as a new email.
- The original subject is saved in an “Original-Subject” header.

number of unread messages from various mail clients, but not MailMate.

Since our IT department migrated my mailbox to a new exchange server, I cannot
connect with Mailmate anymore (but I can with some other clients).
Interestingly, it does not reject the password immediately but instead seems to
time out. The log reads:

I might be missing something obvious, but how can I copy a message to an
IMAP mailbox (vs. just moving it)? I found the selector (copyToMailbox:)
but it seems there is no default menu item nor documented shortcut. I'd
like to avoid having to use the mouse and option-dragging.
