I found these keystroke combos that seem to work on my machine without
any alteration in MM. Maybe we should start a list of them to see if
they are “universal” for all or use the list to build up something

I use the same keystroke to mark messages read as Mail ⌘ + Shift + U.
Seems to work, but don’t know why.

Quinn,
I agree, but it’s above my pay grade to decide that part. Frankly, I
haven’t figured out correspondence and its worthiness yet. This is the
first step toward understanding the hierarchy. Seems a big one and I
have no idea what it was before in previous iterations. This part does

Hello Francesco,
I can see in my IMAP setting there is a button called “Edit
Subscriptions” below the IMAP section in the Edit screen. Have you
looked into that to show or hide sub-folders within your default IMAP
folders or others you may have added?

Hey Quinn,
See my recent post about column hierarchy and date sorting issues. It go

Hello All,
I made two interesting discoveries that seems undocumented in the Help

it seems to hold true in all tabs affecting settings of sub-tabs within

Thanks for the reminder, Henry. I've been using a test build from a few
weeks ago. I'll set reminders to update every week. I read the recent
release notes, but didn't see any mention of improvements related to
columns and sort configuration; is there a specific new feature you
think would help
Quinn,
Don’t know if you’re interested, but I’m using the developer
build, on advice from Benny. I’m aware that sorting and views are
fluid aspects of MailMate, you should know that Develop Builds are
available by holding down option key when checking the menu: Mailmate.

I've still been breaking my brain with the inconsistency of columns and
sort in MailMate. Today I discovered the state is saved in the MailMate
preferences, under `MmMailboxRelatedStates`, where *each view has its
own column settings*. This shows clearly that this is a feature not a
bug. It's a
