and i can resolve both ns1.ipsr.org and www.ipsr.org

That is a good idea to have an IRC meeting. Sure that will help
members who has difficulty in attending the normal meeting.
Sameer, 3rd sunday is ok for me. Send a mail to the list with final

Choosing a programming language first and then thinking about a project
which suits that language never works well. Do it the other way round. First
choose a project. Then understand which language(s) is(are) suitable for the
