Sorry for the delay. I was not here for last few days. Now it is
beyond my level. The following link says that the printer has
GNU/Linux support.

I used command mode also. But it shows successfully send to the printer.
When we trying to take print out of a document or taking print test page
nothing happens in printer. But in print jobs showing processing and
after sometimes it disappears from the job list

Did you completely read the content of the previous link? Some feature
are not supported in Ubuntu 9.04. Some feature are conditional. Does
your system satisfy all those conditions?
Can you tell me what happens when you try to print a file?
Also tell me the out put of the command.

Hai to all
Anyone who know how to configure HP Laserjet P 1007 in ubuntu Linux or in
Knoppix. I can configure the printer using HP plugin for printer. But
printer is not working. or print is not coming. it is working fine in
windows.
