Hi, Asterisk with astGUIclient is a pretty good combo. http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/scratch_install.html actually gives you step by step steps including a custom kernel compile option. ACD, Dialer and reporting functionality is available in astGUIclient. Not sure about IVR. You can create a
