I was wondering how our govt buys cars. ?
Will they say we need 50 Amabassador cars or will they say we need 50 cars
with 2000 CC engine, 4 wheels, one spair , seating capacity of 5, minimum
mileage of 12Km per hour etc and then invite a competitive bid ?

You can think about it in a different way. Dell comes with pre loaded

Its about the interest to learn. Students might want to do kernal
programming and stuff on the first day itself, but thats a good trend. Thats
what makes them go forward. Some might frop, but a very small percentage
will make it and that how it works.
