I have a macbook pro 2009 with mavorics.

Hi,
You will not need sighted help for configuring the keyboard. Just
press enter when you start it up and when you hear the intro start
vo. It will tell you what keys to push.

The power button is on the top right hand corner. It's a little small
so it'll take a minute to feel it but once you feel it it's easy to
spot.

Hello all,
I just got my mac mini hooked up yesterday. The connector on my
monitor will not fit the mini dvi port on the computer. Also, it will
not fit the adaptor that came with the computer. When I launch open
office, vo becomes sluggish and takes several seconds to respond to
keys.

Hello all,
Just installed the latest safari 4 from software update, updating from
the beta. I did the restart and all that. Everything works well,
except that when going to apple.com and selecting the store link,
safari crashes and comes up with the Safari has closed unexpectedly

The new iphone will be supported on varizon, which is cdma. Will be
interesting to see if other companies are supported. I've read that
the iphone does have a builtin gps app and since they say that the
built in apps are accessible, the gps might be. I'm sure braille can
be supported wi
Definitely excited. Voiceover rocks on this mac and I'm sure it'll
rock on the iphone. I'll definitely be looking forward to tutorials
on it and podcasts. Also looking forward to snow lepard.

It's going to take early adopters to make it better, so I guess we
should thank those that rush out and get one smiles.

Hello all,
Just wanted to report that vo doesn't seem to read text under some
radio buttons. An example of this is my school. They use a thing
called desire to learn. I just went to go take a quiz for class, but
all vo says for the choices is 1 radio button, 2 radio button, 3 radio
but
They probably won't say anything right now but good sources from there
have said they would carry it. We'll just have to see what happens.
