after you find the menu and press VO shift space and find the preffs options
and press enter or VO space on it
VO might say selecting/deselecting preffs
then use the window chooser when the preffs are selected

lol I disagree with that statement of $1300
you can have a netbook with free NVDA works just fine for accessibility

this will also togle the dialpad
this should bring up a box to input numbers
in order to get the tones to sound when you press the corasponding numbers
press VO right arrow until you land on one of the actual number b
I have seen this also and have to admit
it takes a little timing and listening to get the number pressed right
skype may have some sort of filter that causes this but im not sure

I have got things set up in such a way that I put myself in the webpage window,
press command shift 3, and then after I here the snap shot sound press the
right option key and the number 4 to run the solona script

when in the edit box of the conversation that you want to add someone too
just press command shift and letter A, this will bring up the same dialog from
the add people in the toolbar
