itunes busy when skipping through songs?

I find voiceover to be a tad bit more sluggish when arrowing through when quicknav is on, but maybe that's just cuz my mac only has a gig of ram. I'm not sure why quicknav would make a difference, and really it's only like a milisecond slower, but I notice it. other than that I don't find
