The answer, as always, is "maybe."
The Recognizer as always, looks for an Image that has been saved to your I
Phone. If you take a picture, and then try to find the same place, as long as
you are standing in the same place and aiming the phone at the same angle, it
should work.
If you have low vision, Sibelius is somewhat usable. My vision is not good
enough to use it effectively so I Have give up. You cannot even label buttons.
You can change the pitch of notes, so even if you cannot see the note, if
you're good enough to write music, you're probably good enough to r

I'm afraid to say there are no solutions. I can use Sabalius , my spelling is
wrong, with some vision. However, mos of the buttons are not labeled and I

When I download a BARD book, it first appears in the download file as a .Zip
file. I then go and make myself a cup of tea. When I come back, the .zip file
is gone and a collapsed file is in it's place.

Mac. Each device, like the BookPort Plus and the Victor Reader Stream, must
have an authorization key to read NLS books. At this time, there is no key.

keyboard. A full size keyboard, by definition, has function keys. There all on
the top row. In any case, the keyboard describer mode, VO K, should tell you
what everything is.

Unfortunately there are no programs that are voice over accessible. If you have
low vision, your friend might be able to use Sibelius First, but you absolutely
have to have some usable vision.
