iOS 4.3.1 - upgrade problems.

Hi listers, I'am experimenting problems to update my iPhone4 to the version 4.3.1. I have a Macbook Air runs Mac OS 10.6.7 and iTunes 10.2.1. When I plug my iPhone, iTunes display update notification and crash. Voiceover stop speaking and I need to press the power button to reboot the Macbook Air.
