find google crome, bring up the context menu wit VO shift M, go down to delete
close the window with Command W, then just command shift and the backspace key

but in fact, there was no problem -- there was simply no way to tell that the
download occurred, as there had been in the past. They did occur, however.
As far as reading bookshare books in Daisy, the .xml file reads qui

it to me.

Although it doesn't work for me in attachments, vo space works most of the time
if you hold it down for a second, and then release. Since I started doing this,
it's reliable 95 percent of the time.

Well, I'm able to open them. I'm able to download them. But apparently, when I
open Preview or Text Edit, all of what is supposed to be there is not there,
according to someone else who received the same attachments at issue. There
were several pages not read, and not downloaded. What gives?

Don't know about that, but I use classic view, and if you know, or suspect,
that there is an attachment, go down to the very bottom of the text in the
message and if you see "imbedded" followed by a file title and size, there's
your attachment.
