I’m running the latest MacOS, and it’s doing the same thing to me. I haven’t
found a pattern to it as of yet, but it seems to be taking place when I delete

When placing a call on your Mac using FaceTime, once the call is connected to
your bank, or where ever you want to access an automated system, just hit
