Does the jump command vo+shift+j no longer work in Lion?
And I've set up a keyboard shortcut for me!
All I have to press is right option and either 1 or 2 to go from bottom to top
and vice versor!
You could set up either a trackpad or numpad version, which ever you prefer!

Open VO+f8 then select Command+8 to take you to commanders!
Then select the Numpad tab and when you arrow across to the table you can
interact and you get a list of all commands without a modifier key!
Then stop interacting and arrow left and there is a popup menu to select each
modifier key

OK I had my downloads where the items were in order of getting them!
I went into the view options and changed to sort by name and another option by
name!
And picked always open in list view!

That sounds like you have to unlock the admin so look for the unlock to make
changes and hit that and you'll be asked for your master password and then when
you go back that button should no longer be dimmed!
And when your finished making any changes you go back and lock so changes

On mine when using keyboard help [VO+K] when pressing that key it calls it the

The conclusion is that some nice person who is good with Apple scripts might
consider making a new script to speak in 24hr otherwise you will have to find
the script that is already there and adjust it to do what you want!

then you can set that to a trackpad stroke and set that to Command W, but I
could not see anywhere for Command Q,
But you can just use the trackpad as is!

I know that to get messages I've sent I had to set up a contact for myself then
set mail to always BCC that contact and I get a copy of every message I send!
It is advised to BCC so you might not have a conflict with Mail list's settings!

One that might be effected is when you open iTunes and hold the right option
key down that would give you the window to choose which library you would like
to use!
