You could try adding an additional account in internet accounts.
Then go through the checkboxes for the iCloud services you want on each account.
Also, there is a newer feature to be able to transfer purchases from one iCloud
account to another one if that helps.

No my Facetime and message sign in are different from the icloud one.

What happens if you use VO-F1-F1 to look for system dialogs or other sign-in
prompt windows? Anything there?
This is an Air, so you should have a functioning microphone and camera. That's
the other reason that sign-in doesn't appear sometimes.

So someone suggested signing in to messages first then Facetime after waiting a
while after signing out. I just tried it. And there is a method to the madness.
I’m now signed in to all services with both ID’s.
Now just wish dropbox would hurry up and finish sinking. LOL.
