Just an update. Unfortunately, those steps didn’t work.
I had to log in to DB on Safari, then open the DB app and it is now sinking!

I’ve seen that the A&D ones talk, and it looks like they’re also compatible

The problem is when navigating, I hear the voice over voice and sometimes
another voice too, which is the same voice so I hear the item twice with two
voices with a small delay and it’s annoying.

It's not really clear what the problem is, but at a guess, go into
Accessibility settings and make sure all the options under Spoken Content are
off. Then make sure VoiceOver isn't configured to speak the item under the
mouse pointer after a delay.
See if those suggestions help.

First, I would check your system speech and make sure it matches the VO voice.
If it does, then it could be a more complicated problem with in the VO settings
itself.
