Another thing to check is speaker access settings which can be located by
navigating to Home settings. If the HomePods are set to everyone, it’s entirely
possible that you’ve got a prankster or someone within WiFi radius who is
playing music on your speakers.

All of the Apple Watch bands can be removed, but I've never found it to be a
simple procedure. I suggest you go to the Apple Store, and get someone there to
show you how to do it.
As for which watchband is ideal, I think that's a very subjective call and is
definitely up to individual preference

Network, so I changed it to only people sharing this Home. We’ll see if that

I have restarted them. Like I said, mostly I just think it’s odd an funny, but
