Pitch change for capital letters in latest Sonoma is off the charts

I have voiceover utilities set to increase or change pitch when encountering a capital letter. Today after the latest Sonoma update, the pitch change is so off the charts it sounds like somebody getting squeezed in a very private part of their anatomy if you know what I’m saying. How can I lesse
