Just wanted to give my opinion here. The Mac is really good with Bluetooth
and other devices! For example on Windows even using the Jaws cut off
speech option Bluetooth is still flaky for me. I like the fact that I can
just pick up my airpods and connect to them with my Mac it's seamless just

I do use both. I teach online, and I do prefer to do most of my teaching stuff
on the PC. However, to be fair, I’m not sure whether my feeling that that is
easier is because it really is easier, or because it’s habit and I have good
muscle memory for it. On the other hand, I prefer to do most
the vo keys drive me nuts. I mean every time I have had a mac before
now using so many keys for certain things have made me go crazy, but
part of that is because I don't know all the little tricks around all
of that. Logic and work is one of the reasons I have decided to get
another Mac Book Pro. O

I don’t think Quick Nav is what you are thinking it is. Quick Nav is used on
web pages for single-letter navigation. VO lock is invoked with VO+semicolon.

It is set to use the Caps lock and Control option keys by default. You can
disable one of those under general in the VoiceOver Utility. I use it all the

user name and passwords on web pages (both Safari and Edge) there is a

I tab to the first field and type my user name. Then tab to the password field.

It might be something you don’t know that make things harder for you to use
VOiceOver.
One thing I have issues with myself is that braille is harder to navigate with.
Harder to read with too.
But braille has been something I have been trying to give feedback

Update, I have managed to fix it at least for now. I press and hold on the trackpad and that seems to bring up the login and password field. Also it’s a mix of turning VO on and off again. It works. It’s by no means perfect, hopefuly this gets resolved in a feature update or something. thanks for e
I upgraded to Ventura and I can’t stand the voice that I got. I went into v/o
utilities but couldn’t figure out how to navigate. Step by step instructions

airplane mode, this could be done to create a shortcut that would then be

those edit boxes. I get this a lot when typing in an address, typically 3
characters and it will autofill and tell me selection has been replaced. 99
times out of 100, this works very well.
