I’m having an issue navigating a list wherein I want to move into the list by
typing the first character of list items so as to quickly move down into that
part of said list. As I’ve mentioned in prior e-mailings, I have a number of

Move to the splitter just to the rite of the message list and interact with it.
Now vo rite till you hear 100% and stop interacting. Ow if you vo to the rite
you should hear the preview pain is gone. HTH.

Have you tried setting VoiceOver to change pitch for capital letters?
