Hi all,
It used to be that when I typed the first letters of a recipient name, when in
the sent mail folder, I would be taken to the next mail sent to that person.
But now, when I type a recipient’s name, I seem to be taken to very random

Hello,
It's probably best to set it to ignores VO cursor. There are times where it is
beneficial to not have the mouse cursor follow the VO cursor. An example of

Sorry, all, I have had to do this before, but I don’t remember how, and I’m
pressed for time. Really hoping someone can help.
Thanks,
Donna

Hi!
Sometimes it can be good also to follow the mouse cursor.
But you can create a shortcut to turn that on or off if that’s needed.
