Hi,
I got it.
I didn’t think of trying it in a different browser this time. It’s something I
usually do.. That’s a very good idea.
Thank you all.

Hi,
No there is not. The difference between the interface for Mac and Windows is
that Windows relies only on the first letter, whereas Mac is waiting for more
letters before it allows you to move on per se. So, if you wanted to jump
quickly to Jason, type j a s, whereas if you’d like to move
I didn’t know this was an option. I’ll definitely give it a try.

I sort of want to use a different voice beside alex, but I have found on other

You can adjust the pitch of VoiceOver voices as follows:
1. Press and hold down VO + CMD + Shift, and press one of the arrow keys to
open the VoiceOver Speech Attribute Guide.
2. While continuing to hold down the VO + CMD + Shift modifiers, use the

In case my answer did not correctly address your question, you might want to
explore the Verbosity settings in the VoiceOver Utility, which can be accessed
by pressing VO + F8.

thanks, I looked at that, and I see where you can change it all, and I did, but
it’s still awful. it’s like the voice I choose has a pitch 20% lower for some

Hi Tim,
I never used a mac. Just wanted to say that the Windows file explorer
also does that.
The difference seems to be that if you type "j j" quickly, file
explorer would jump to the 2nd item starting with a J, whereas finder
would stay in the 1st, that is if it doesn't complain that there's no

Actually, you can get a 1GB plan for $14.00 if you don't need the unlimited

Rebekah, yes that's true. The $60 plan offers you two lines with unlimited
data. And talk and text as well. It's the current plan that I have for my work
cell which you will occasionally see me sign my signature with and my personal
iPhone.

I don't know four people right now who could benefit, but I think adding a

Apple wants control over the hole chain from hardware to software so you should

Hi,
Pretty well everything from settings is transferred over. Even some of your

It depends on where you are in Florida and who your carrier is.
However, it could be hit or miss, and I was more worried about conserving
battery.
The only time I have switched to the more expensive plan was when my Internet

yeah. you're right. we've already had a lot of cold weather for Texas. I was
also thinking of upgrading to the $45 plan when I go to visit my mother who
