Hi, That is a good call. To turn it off, when you’re in Safari, bring up the App Switcher, then use the rotor to twist to Screen Recognition. Swipe up or down until you hear “Off”, then twist the rotor to get off of Screen Recognition. Go to the Home Screen, and re-open Safari to see if it

Hi. I was almost going to schedule an appointment at the Apple store this weekend, but now I don’t have to. :-) I think I was restarting my phone wrong. I was hitting the volume in the side button to power it off and then I did the same thing to restart it. After I hit the side button only, it
