I have no idea about size, but I believe there is a share to youtube built into
QuickTIme. I seemed to remember there being a way to specify QuickTIme
compression encoders, but I did not see them now.

Try going into the participants list, select and double tap your name. That
should bring up a menu box and you should find raise hand in the menu box.
Select and double tap it to raise your hand. Repeat this procedure to lower
your hand.
