Go to Settings > Touch ID and Pass Code. There, you’ll find something called
Require Pass Code After, which is supposed to give you options to tell the
phone how long before a passcode is required to do stuff. On my phone, which is

Same here - Only choice is immediately. iPhone 8 with iOS 14.0.1. I suspect
this limited choice is driven by some other setting, such as being available on
the lock screen, or other. It would take some playing around with different

It looks like you have to turn the unlock iPhone setting to off then near the
bottom of that same screen you have the option for requiring password after how
long. I’m still running iOS 13 but I have options for 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15
minutes, 1 hour and. hours.
