Hi listers, When in a chat element on a particular web page, voiceover tells me I am in a text entry area and then says edit message. This would normally mean I could start typing and get voiceover feedback as I type. However, voiceover is silent when I hit keys and the edit box does not appear

I run into these types of fields fairly often. I normally do a mouse click on the field and that opens it up for editing. You could also try simply interacting with it before typing. In case you don’t know to do a mouse click first route the mouse to the field with control option command F5, the
