Today I turned on my watch and voice over didn’t pick up the icons on some of
my watch such as heart rate and breathe. So I decided to turn off Voice over

Have you checked the status of the Usb external drive?
Spinning drives will die after time,
I'd be looking at the drives life status using some form of diagnostic tools.

As I said in my earlier post; I use Apple Mail, and the method Tim described
does not work in every situation.
For example, there are certain individuals on this list who’s email address
