I tried to do it but couldn’t find any share button in actions and copying the
book to VoiceDreamReader didn’t help either.

I’ve done a clean install of macOS Catalina several times recently, and had no
issues with VoiceOver during the process. Since you say Catalina is already
running on your Mac, you should be able to do a straight forward install from
the recovery partition.

Its a swedish book also so i guess you can’t test it.

external trackpad so you don't keep hitting the onboard one for a notebook,

If you do this your computer will be in essentially the same sate as it was
before you did the clean install. Why are you looking to do a clean install?
