I've only had this happen once. A full DFU is not required at all, and if
anyone claims that it is necessary, they're wrong. A simple restart will bring
things back to normal. If you haptic feedback on, then it is easier than with

Haven’t heard lately from any of the early adopters/testers of the Catalina

compelling reason to consider upgrading from Mojave?

Hoping this will never happen again for me. It just got worse and worse. So,

Hi,
Sounds like there'll need to be some console log reports so that things can be
figured out. If VO speech is stopping due to some sort of conflict, then
they'll need to figure out what processes are conflicting that renders VO
speech inoperable. If it is more widespread than just to do wit
Hi,
Did you try a two-finger double-tap? I seldom use the "End Call" button as
it's quicker just to use the two-finger double-tap. Alternatively, if you
press the side button once, that will close the Siri screen and take you to
wherever you used to be. Sometimes, it will even just hang up t

Hello Everyone,
Okay, in the latest release of Twitter for iOS, in version 13.x, anyway, a
VoiceOver user cannot access web URLs imbedded in a tweet.
This problem has happened before, years ago, and, once made aware of it,
Twitter was relatively fast to fix it.

order to support your iOS13.x devices, I strongly recommend that you do

That is what I intend doing, I’m quite happy to sit back and let others find
any bugs or issues with voice over. I still regard myself as a beginner and
don’t want to get any surprises. Also I’ve always used modern view in the email
app so losing the classic view doesn’t bother me.

Talked to Apple and they stated to try this.
1. Power cycle the phone.
2. Power cycle the phone in charging adapter.
3. Power cycle the phone through iTunes.
Now any or all of them should work, and they knew about it before release.

Hey Petrus,
It’s not a bad idea to wait,
When I worked for the university of otago we made it a rule to not update until
the first major update was released, which was within a month of Mac OS release.
This isn’t as big a thing now as beta testing is wel on to reporting issues
prior to release
Hi, on my watch, there is a sound after each number, but it is very faint. It
used to be much louder. If you hold it up to your ear and your hearing is

Hi,
Manythanks. What do you mean when you say “Power cycle”? how to Power
cycle the phone through iTunes, for example? I am blind, so connected it
to iTunes would need the passcode, that I cannot insert without sound.
Did they really know about this before releasing the OS? Shenanigans…

It means to power the phone off then on,
As for pin code through itunes
Yes when you plug the phone in to your computer it should prompt you for the
phone to be unlocked which you have to do on the phone not in itunes,
Once the phone is unlocked itunes will give you what you require.

Exactly! To me iOS 13 seems to be nearly as buggy and horoble to use as iOS 8.
They really should go back to release versions every second year only. Then
they would have the time to test more thorrowly instead of releasing an OS
which is actually in beta state.

I would prefer it like that much more. However, the market is cruel. The
versions’ number are quite important. But as for this insane prices…
They are even saving a lot giving less appeasements . I should try stock
