I don't play anything in iTunes. I use VLC media player for everything. here's how I do it. I rip the cd's using iTunes. I have found it to be the easiest way. then I go into where iTunes stores them and move them to another folder on my Mac. to do this on the Mac, go into music/iTunes/iTunesmed

Hi again, Sorry but I'm spending the afternoon trying to resolve weird issues on my phone and my Mac that have been bugging me for a while. I want to be able to shuffle music on my phone by genre. the only way I seem to be able to get the Genre button to appear is by selecting downloaded music
