yes, I am afraid we have different displays that mine is just a couple of months old. To upgrade the firware there is a exe file to run on Windows. I was able to run it in a VM. the .exe can install Windows drivers, but it also ahas an eption to check and upgrade the firmware. Best wishes, Jo
