Mac OS Start up Chimes

Hi Listers Ok so I'm kind of getting hacked off with the fact my new work Mac Book Pro doesn't do the start up chimes that Apple / mac computers have done since long before I started using Mac products. I've got VO starting at log in but when for some reason I need to force restart for some
