Hi all,
So I'm seeing strange behavior in Mail on my iPhone X.
When I touch the icon in the dock, it says "No new mail" even if I have ten new

A lot, actually. With a post paid account the telco knows the customer
will pay a certain amount monthly. This is not true of prepaid accounts.
It's possible the customer will not use the device much in

Hey Kliphton,
Thanks for your note. I’m not sure if you’ve read the entire thread so far

Hi Donna,
If you press the VO keys plus the Function button as you touch the row of
function keys on the Touch bar, the keys will read correctly. You can
activate them by double-tapping the function number key you want while holding
down the VO plus Function button in the bottom-left corner.
Hi Donna,
It still works that way for me, albeit a limited set. Try using your Keyboard

key combination. For example, after pressing VO-k to enable Keyboard Practice,

Hi there
This isn’t iPhone X specific as said, this is a Voicover bug. I’ve been having
it on my iPhone 7 since iOS 11 came out and I’ve been reporting it to Apple

Hi,
I don't experience this issue on my iPhone 8. Now, I don't have my Mail
updating automatically, so that may be a factor. I do find that when I delete
large numbers of eMails, it does take a bit to update the number though.

Tim,
In my experience this issue comes and goes, one day it will be their and the
next day everything works just fine again. It also usually helps if restarting

Hi,
Interesting. I've never experienced it, although, as I mentioned, I only

Hi, all,
Interesting to hear that so many of you had been experiencing this for a while.
I’ve only been experiencing it for the last couple of weeks. I guess I’ll join
you and send a report to accessibility. It is kind of an annoying bug.
Cheers,

I think the bug has been fixed in iOS 11.3. I'm on the beta cycle and I'm not
having that problem. I was having that same problem on my iPod Touch before I
got my iPhone X though. the update should be coming soon.

One more option should work. Just download the pdf file., then open it from
