Many thanks for the tips on this. I had speak caps set on in text verbosity,
speak when caps lock pressed set on, mute VoiceOver sounds unchecked, and
typing echo for words but not for characters. I find that typing echo set on
for characters slows my typing speed. So I did not get any f
This may be something I am doing wrong but in Word when I use VO T to get text
attributes I can't determine the alignment or style, only the font and size.

Well, you could place hotspots on the alignment buttons and track them, but
there is about a 5 second delay before VoiceOver speaks the tracked changes.

My HP Printer has a very extensive web page built in to do configurations
also. So you could probably connect to ethernet hardwired then connect to
the printer and change settings. Actually, I believe the HP printers are
also set up as wireless base stations so perhaps just switching your Mac to
