On af full-sized keyboard, this is not needed. But as the mac doesn’t have an insert key, you will have to reMap it. For example I use the ` key as mine, but you can choose to use different keys. To do this, go in to the vmware preferences, then Keyboard & Mouse button, then select Keymappings.

Hi! Well, its still the braille embossing problem on the mac that seems not to be fixed. I am or was a Duxbury user on Windows 7 but they told us that their will be a mac version soon but that was back in 2012. Nothing has happend yet and i don’t believe nothing will happen for a very long time.

You need either an insert key or a caps lock key to act as the modifier key for the Jaws or NVDA screen readers on the window side. There is no insert key on a Mac keyboard other than the full-sized one, and due to some internal circumstances the caps lock key is not passed through to the VM by
