Not sure, didn't have to change anything installed it and ran it with a windows 7 machine running jaws 17. Only problem is that the jaws USB dongle is seen by the VB software but doesn't pass through to the actual vm. Otherwise virtual box is working fine with VO on the iMacs it is running on.
