Hello Krister,
I’m not having your problems with the latest version of MS Word on my MacBook

document layout area and then with the text and the up and down arrow keys work
fine. I do notice that the VoiceOver cursor and
Hi!
Audacity can be used with voiceover on the mac.
So you better try that out too.

Hi, this is the strange thing, it worked fine until a couple betas ago. Now if
i interact only with the layout area VO can sometimes read one letter of a word
and then is silent. If i interact with the text, nothing whatsoever is spoken

Hi Brian,
Audacity is very accessible, once you learn it. I use it for all my editing,
and aside from one bug, it works well.

Hi Brian,
If you manage to have the problem solved, would you mind writing me off-list to
share how you and Ben have achieved this? I may need Ancient Greek at some
point as well.
Thanks and good luck

No, they don’t although it would seem logical. and that’s because classical
Greek has different or rather more numerous marks over the letters which
Voiceover doesn’t interpret in speech. It just ignores them.

Ok, still a little confused on that front; what does cromecast do that apple TV

The beta still works but you have to download the updater and update the
applications regularly. It seems that every time I open Word, the updater kicks
in and downloads a new version.
The whole process was explained here a while ago but I don’t seem to have kept

Hi,
If these contacts are within the Contacts app, but only linked to your gMail
account, then you should be able to simply copy and paste into iCloud. If
they're only visible through the gMail web interface, then you'll likely need
to export them as vCards from the Contacts app of the gMail w

Yes, the braille keyboard is specifically part of VoiceOver. It is activated in
the rotor. Therefore, VO needs to be running.

I recently subscribed to this list because I purchased my first Apple

In this case, what is the easiest to learn? I heard about Pages and Numbers.
Are they word processors?

Pages is a full featured Word Processor that should have came with your Mac.
There is also a basic Word Processor called TextEdit that comes with your Mac
